Pancake Canapes, on Skewers

We suggest you diversify your festive table with canapes of pancakes on skewers. The recipe uses curd cheese and slightly salted salmon. This appetizer with red fish turns out to be beautiful, appetizing, tasty.

Ingredients

  • Lightly salted salmon – 300 g
  • Curd cheese – 200 g
  • Olives or olives – by the number of canapés
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Wheat flour – 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Let’s start by kneading the pancake dough. So, break a couple of chicken eggs into a bowl. Add a teaspoon of salt and granulated sugar. Pour milk into a bowl. Mix the ingredients with a whisk.
  2. Sprinkle wheat flour in small portions into the resulting mixture. Knead the pancake dough with milk. The dough should be free of lumps. Pour vegetable oil into the pancake dough. Mix well again.
  3. We heat the pan. We bake thin pancakes. We take one pancake, grease it with curd cheese.
  4. We put the second greased material on it – we spread thin slices of slightly salted salmon on it. So we alternate pancakes with curd cheese and red fish. For canapes, 8 pancakes are enough. We leave the last pancake without filling.
  5. Using a sharp knife, a special mold, or a pizza cutter, cut the resulting pancake cake into square canapes. Place an olive or olive on a skewer on each canapé.
    Pancake canapes on a skewer are ready! We serve a festive snack on the table.
