Ingredients
- 1 cl syrup (sugar syrup)
- 2 cl syrup (peppermint syrup)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- lots ice, crushed
- 100 ml mineral water
- Mint for decorating

- Put the sugar syrup, peppermint syrup and lemon juice in a glass with plenty of crushed ice and fill up with mineral water. Serve garnished with mint.
