Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves, fresh
- 4 cl lime juice
- 3 cl apple juice
- 2.2 cl sugar syrup
- 4 cl Sprite or 7up
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 sprig mint for decoration

- First put the mint leaves with the lime juice in a shaker and mix well. Then let the shaker stand for 10 minutes so that the lime can extract the mint aroma.
- Now add apple juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes and shake everything vigorously. Then strain everything in a long drink glass filled with ice cubes with a double train and fill up with the lemonade.
