Ingredients

  • 500 g yourt, 3.5%
  • 15 leaves mint, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • 1 pinch coriander greens, pickled
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients well, season with salt and pepper and put in a cool place.
  2. The dip tastes best when it has been through for a few hours.
  3. We also like to eat the dip as a salad dressing, especially when we cook in an oriental way.

  5. If you don`t have fresh mint on hand, you can also use about 1 teaspoon of dried mint.
  6. When it comes to spices, everyone should vary according to their taste.
