Moldavian Fried Pepper

Do you like fried peppers and have no time to mess around? For you a recipe for fried peppers in Moldavian style. And even a novice cook can handle it quickly and tasty.

Ingredients
- Sweet pepper – 500 g (to taste)
- Vinegar 9% (or wine vinegar) – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp (to taste)
Directions
- Wash the pepper, peel it, cut it into 4 or 8 pieces.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared peppers in hot oil.
- Fry the peppers in a pan in sunflower oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the pepper is soft (about 5-7 minutes).
- Put the pepper on a plate, pour with 9% vinegar (or wine), salt to taste.
- Cover with a plate (or lid) and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Moldavian fried pepper is ready.
