Ingredients
- 2 packs fish (herring)
- 1 sour apple (Boskop)
- 3 egg (s), cooked
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 cup cream
- 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip
- 3 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- vinegar

- Oil the fish under warm running water, dice. Dice the apple, cucumber and eggs. Cut the onions into thin slices. Mix the ingredients together and pour a dash of cucumber water over them.
- Mix 2-3 tablespoons of Miracle Whip, yogurt and cream. Season with a little salt and pepper and add a small dash of vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients and let it steep overnight.
