- 250 ml wine, red or white or
- Choice juice
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g suar or
- Sweetener, liquid
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- possibly cream for garnish

- Mix all ingredients and heat on a low level, constantly beating with the whisk. Fill into suitable bowls, allow to cool, and decorate with cream if necessary.
- The foam cream works also with juices, e.g., freshly squeezed orange juice. For a lower-calorie version, simply leave out the sugar and add liquid sweetener to taste after preparation.
- For a cake filling I worked the wine foam cream - cold of course - under a butter cream, the butter cream then gets a distinctive wine taste.
