- 250 g butter
- 5 egg (s)
- 300 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 375 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 ml red wine
- 150 g chocolate sprinkles

- Beat the butter, eggs and sugar until frothy. Then gradually add the remaining ingredients and work everything into a smooth batter. Mix in the chocolate sprinkles last.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Put the dough in a springform pan or loaf pan and bake for 70-75 minutes.
- The cake should still be a little moist on the inside. Let cool and serve with cream.
