Ingredients
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 250 grams sugar
- 125 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g flour
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 1 packet pudding powder (chocolate)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoon red wine, red
- 1 tablespoon rum (alternatively a few drops rum flavor)
- Fat for the shape

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Beat egg whites into snow and put in a cool place first.
- In the meantime, put the butter in a bowl and beat until frothy. Gradually add the other ingredients and work everything into a batter. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites.
- Grease the loaf tin or ring cake tin and fill in the batter.
- Put in the oven and bake for about 1 hour (if necessary, make a stick test).
