Ingredients

  • 1 bottle red wine, lovely
  • 1 bottle white wine, lovely
  • 1 bottle orange juice
  • 1 cup cognac
  • 1 liter tea, black
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 8 carnation (s)
  • 2 cinnamon stick (s)
  • 8 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the orange into slices and sprinkle with cloves. Also cut the lemon into slices. Put all ingredients except for the cognac in a saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. Let simmer for about half an hour.
  2. Now add a cup of cognac and simmer again for 15 minutes. To taste.
  3. The lemon could possibly dominate the taste. I solved the problem by adding half an orange.
  4. Now let it steep a little and the warming machine for the winter time is ready.
