Ingredients

  • 4 large egg (s)
  • 300 g chocolate, fine cream or dark chocolate
  • 200 g cream
  • sugar, or sweetener
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cardamom powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ clove powder
  • 2 teaspoons spice mix (Garam Masala)
  • 3 tablespoon rum

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Meanwhile, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with salt and sugar / sweetener until stiff. Carefully fold in the egg yolks and spices. Slowly and carefully fold in the liquid chocolate and rum with the whisk. Put in a cool place.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and gently mix it into the chocolate mixture. Chill well before serving. Garnish with pomegranate seeds or blood orange slices as desired.
  4. A perfect end to a romantic menu!
