Ingredients

  • 280 g flour
  • 110 g suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g yourt (straciatella yourt)
  • 0.5 ½ glass sour cherries
  • 1 shot amaretto

For decoration:

  • Chocolate flakes
  • Flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and stir briefly.
  2. Spread the batter in paper cases or muffin trays. Top with chocolate flakes and sliced almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  3. For 12 muffins.
