Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 stalks oregano
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g cream cheese, natural
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel the onions, wash the herbs and spin dry and chop everything finely.
  2. Fry the mushrooms and onions in hot oil until golden brown, turning until there is no more liquid. Fry all herbs briefly. Let cool down.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Stir in the mushroom and herb mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into a bowl and garnish with a little parsley or oregano.
  4. Goes very well with fresh farmer`s bread or flat bread.
