Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 250 g cream cheese, as low in fat as possible
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Wash and slice the mushrooms as well. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Finely chop the dill and set aside.
  2. Put the olive oil in a deep pan and heat it up. Add the sliced mushrooms and spring onions with half of the garlic to the pan and fry briefly.
  3. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add the cream cheese and the other half of the garlic and stir. Simmer until the cheese is completely melted.
  4. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Serve and sprinkle with the chopped dill.
