- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- Mustard, approx. 1 - 2 teaspoon
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 small onion (s) as required
