  • 4 turkey schnitzel or other schnitzel
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 0.25 liter ¼ sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese, possibly with herbs
  • oil
  • Caraway seed
  • Herbs your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream, sour cream, cream cheese, herbs, salt and pepper well in a suitable saucepan. Heat, but don`t let it boil! Since this sauce is supposed to pull through well, I always make it first.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the potatoes, cut into about 2.5 cm thick slices, shake well in a container with a little oil and lay out side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Push it into the pipe. The cooking time is about 30 minutes.
  3. Fry the meat with a little oil in a hot pan so that the potatoes and schnitzel are ready at the same time. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the schnitzel and potatoes with the sauce. All types of salad go well with it.
