Ingredients

  • 70 g barley flour, roasted (tsampa)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • little cheese, grated
  • little tea, black
  • little butter or milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the tsampa flour, sugar and grated cheese together in a small bowl. Put a little butter or milk in a little black tea and add the liquid in small amounts to the flour and mix.
  2. As soon as the mixture has turned into a malleable dough, do not add any more liquid. Shape small, bite-sized balls by hand and enjoy.
