- 3 nectarine (s)
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown (heaped )
- some cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon, leveled cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon amaretto
- raisins
- 3 scoops ice cream your choice
- some whipped cream

- Cut the nectarines into wedges.
- Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan, then immediately deglaze with orange juice. Add the cinnamon, then add the nectarine wedges and simmer gently for approx. 3 minutes. Stir in the cornstarch and amaretto until smooth. Bring to the boil briefly, then add the raisins.
- Arrange on dessert plates with an ice cream scoop and decorate with a little whipped cream.
- Also tastes very good as a cold compote.
