- 375 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 small Bottle / s aroma (lemon)
- 375 g butter, hot, melted
- 175 g flour
- 175 g cornstarch
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- Fat for the shape

- Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon flavor until frothy. Then stir in the butter, flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Put the dough in a greased springform pan (26-28 cm) lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 60 - 70 minutes.
- Tip: Tastes best when it`s still a little soggy.
