Ingredients
- 4 tomato (s), diced
- 1 cucumber (s), diced
- 250 g mozzarella, diced
- 480 g turkey breast or chicken breast
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
For the dressing:
- olive oil
- alsamic vinegar, or quince balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper

- Wash the tomatoes and cucumber, dice / cut into pieces as desired and distribute evenly on the plates. Season with salt, pepper, oil and balsamic vinegar (it tastes even better with a fruity variety). Only then spread the diced mozzarella over it, so it stays bright white. Sprinkle the whole thing with sunflower seeds.
- Season the turkey breast on both sides with salt and pepper (colored pepper from a mill is particularly good), cut into strips and fry in a little olive oil until the meat turns lightly brown. Spread on the salad and enjoy while warm.
- If you want, you can also serve a warm baguette or ciabatta.
