Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 150 g pasta, e.. croissants
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • garlic
  • Tabasco
  • Vegetable broth
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. When it is starting to brown, add diced ham and onions.
  2. Pour in 1.5 liters of vegetable stock.
  3. Add the chopped peppers, drained mushrooms, cream and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes, then add the pasta and cook for another 20 minutes.
  4. If the stew becomes too thick, dilute it with a little broth if necessary.
  5. Season with paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
