Noodles are a dish familiar from childhood. This is a quick casserole of noodles or thin pasta in an egg and milk sauce. You can cook noodles quickly if, for example, yesterday you cooked a lot of pasta, but did not eat everything. Here’s a recipe for sweet noodles with raisins.

Ingredients
Noodles or spaghetti – 150 g (dry weight) or cooked spaghetti or noodles – 380-450 g
Milk – 150 ml
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Sugar – 40 g
Raisins – 50 g
Butter (for greasing the mold) – 5-10 g
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Directions
Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add salt, stir and add spaghetti (or noodles). After boiling the water again, cook the pasta to the al dente state, that is, not until it is fully cooked, because they have yet to be baked. Focus on the time indicated on the package, depending on the manufacturer, the cooking time may differ, from 5 to 10 minutes. After cooking, drain the water and let the spaghetti cool slightly. We immediately turn on the oven so that it heats up to 180 degrees.
While the spaghetti is boiled, rinse and dry the raisins well.
When the spaghetti has cooled down, prepare the egg filling. Combine milk with eggs and sugar.
Mix thoroughly. Put slightly cooled spaghetti and raisins into the prepared filling. We mix.
Grease the baking dish with butter. I used a mold with a diameter of 21 cm. Put the spaghetti in an egg filling into the mold and put it in a preheated oven.
Cook noodles in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown on top. Then we take out the noodles from the oven and let them cool.
