Chocolate Raisin Muffins

A fragrant, sweet and delicious treat – chocolate raisin muffins.
Ingredients
- Milk – 240 ml
- Refined sunflower oil – 120 ml
- Sugar – 200 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour, premium grade – 270 g
- Raisins – 100 g
- Cocoa – 30 g
- Baking dough – 2 teaspoon
- Vanilla sugar – 8 g (1 sachet)
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling on muffins) – 2 teaspoon
Directions
- Pour sugar into a bowl, add an egg and beat with a whisk.
- Pour in sunflower oil, add milk, beat again.
- Add flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa, stir until smooth.
- Add raisins, mix again.
- Divide the dough into molds, filling them 2/3 full.
- Bake muffins at 190 degrees for 15 minutes. Leave in the off oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the prepared muffins from the oven, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. (This amount of ingredients yields 12 cupcakes.)
