Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon water, lukewarm
  • 15 g yeast, fresh
  • 45 g suar
  • 45 g butter, or mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g raisins
  • 1 egg yolk
  • sugar and cinnamon
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin pan and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the flour with the salt. Mix the milk with the water and dissolve the yeast in it. Put half of the flour and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a bowl and add the mixed yeast. Knead into a smooth dough and let rise for 20 minutes.
  3. As soon as the dough has doubled in volume, melt the butter and stir the egg in it. Work the mixture under the dough and knead it well. Mix in the remaining flour, sugar and raisins. Knead into a smooth dough on a floured work surface in 10 minutes.
  4. Shape 12 balls and place in the muffin tin. Whisk the egg yolk and brush the dough balls with it. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Place the mold in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Take out of the oven, let cool for 3-4 minutes and lift out of the mold.
  7. They are particularly tasty with jam or honey.
