Ingredients
Ingredients- 400 ml milk
- 200 g nouat
- 4 cup espresso
- some brittle, or similar

- Warm the milk, but do not boil it. Cut the nougat into cubes and let it melt in the warm milk. Divide the finished espresso into 4 cups. Froth the nougat milk and pour over it. Garnish with brittle to finish.
