Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 g nouat
  • 4 cup espresso
  • some brittle, or similar

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk, but do not boil it. Cut the nougat into cubes and let it melt in the warm milk. Divide the finished espresso into 4 cups. Froth the nougat milk and pour over it. Garnish with brittle to finish.
