Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g nuts, round
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. First, whip the cream and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly.
  4. Finally fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Put in a greased wreath tin or a box cake tin. At
  6. Bake 175 degrees top / bottom heat or 160 degrees convection. (Do a chopstick test!)
  7. Variants:
  8. Add 100 g of chopped almonds, after cooling, cover with chocolate icing and decorate with hazelnut brittle.
  9. The nut cake can also be turned into a banana nut cake with 2 bananas.
