Depending on your taste, almonds or kernels can be kneaded into the dough.
For the sweet version, cinnamon, plums, nuts or dried fruits can be added to the dough. Be a little less generous with the bread spice.
Spread the dough about 2 cm high on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. This works best with your hands. Do not be confused if the dough appears very sticky, that`s right. Small rolls can also be formed from the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake the flatbread for about 15-20 minutes.
The flatbread can be eaten warm straight from the oven. The dough is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Even a few days later, the batter is still fluffy.
