Instructions

  1. The flatbread can be prepared in two ways: savory or sweet.
  2. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until a slightly moist and sticky dough is formed.
  3. Variants:
  4. Depending on your taste, almonds or kernels can be kneaded into the dough.
  5. For the sweet version, cinnamon, plums, nuts or dried fruits can be added to the dough. Be a little less generous with the bread spice.
  6. Spread the dough about 2 cm high on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. This works best with your hands. Do not be confused if the dough appears very sticky, that`s right. Small rolls can also be formed from the dough.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake the flatbread for about 15-20 minutes.
  8. The flatbread can be eaten warm straight from the oven. The dough is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Even a few days later, the batter is still fluffy.
