Ingredients

  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 70 ml oat milk (oat drink) alternatively normal milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped egg white powder e.g., Vanilla
  • some cinnamon
  • some sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the egg white. Finally, beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the dough.
  2. Brush a coated pan with a little oil, spread the dough evenly on top and bake in the oven at around 160 degrees. For me it takes about 20 minutes.
