Oatmeal & Dried Fruit Smoothie

A light and delicious smoothie with oatmeal and dried fruit is a godsend for breakfast and quick snacks. The drink is nutritious, thick, with appetizing notes of dried apricots and honey in the aftertaste. Even those who don’t like oatmeal will love this milkshake. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Oatmeal – 3 tbsp (45 g)
  • Dried apricots – 80 g
  • Raisins – 95 g
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil 300-400 ml of water. Pour boiling water over the raisins and dried apricots and leave for 15 minutes to soften the dried fruits.
  2. Drain the dried fruit and place it in a blender bowl. Add oatmeal and honey. Pour in milk.
  3. Beat for 2-3 minutes until smooth. With this proportion of ingredients, the smoothie is quite thick. If desired, it can be diluted with a little more milk.
  4. Smoothie with oatmeal and dried fruit is ready. Pour the drink into a glass and serve.
