Oatmeal with Bell Pepper and Feta Cheese

  • Whole grain oats – 1 cup
  • Large Bulgarian pepper – 1/4 pcs.
  • Cheese – about 30-50 g (to taste)
  • Fresh dill – 3 branches
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

How to cook oatmeal with pepper and feta cheese:

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over the oatmeal.
  2. We put on the fire to cook. Cook the whole grain oatmeal over low heat, covered for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
  4. Finely chop the dill.
  5. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  6. We send sweet peppers, herbs, and feta cheese to a deep dish.
  7. When the oatmeal is ready, add a little olive oil to it.
  8. Combine oatmeal with bell pepper, feta cheese, and dill. Gently mix everything and serve for breakfast.
