Offal Cake

Ingredients

  • Heart – 300 g
  • Lungs – 300 g
  • Udder – 300 g
  • Liver – 300 g
  • Eggs – 12 pcs.
  • Flour – 12 tablespoon.
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Mayonnaise – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tablespoon.
  • Butter – 4 tablespoon.

Directions

  1. Boil all the offals – heart, lungs, udder, and liver. Then put them separately in a meat grinder.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 eggs to the minced offals, and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Grease a frying pan with the vegetable oil and spread the mixture out in an even layer. Bake it in a heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Do this with each of the byproducts.
  4. Coat the hot cake with mayonnaise and grated cheese, put the next cake on top, and decorate the top one.
