Omelet Muffins with Vegetables and Cheese

Omelet muffins with cheese and vegetables are a great alternative to the usual scrambled eggs. This breakfast will give you a great mood for the whole day.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 100 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 100 g
  • Green beans – 50 g
  • Broccoli – 100 g
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Italian herbs (basil, thyme, oregano) – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating molds

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products. Pepper seeds are removed. Divide broccoli into inflorescences or thaw. We also defrost green beans if we use frozen ones.
  2. Finely chop the tomato, pepper, broccoli and green beans.
  3. Three cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  5. Pour milk into the eggs, add cheese, salt and herbs.
  6. Beat with a whisk. We turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees.
  7. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil.
  8. We fill the molds up to half with vegetables. Pour the vegetables with the egg-cheese mixture. Cooking an omelet with cheese and vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Take the finished omelet muffins out of the molds and serve with your favorite sauce.
