  • 300 g onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 100 g Gouda, medieval, rated
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into very fine cubes, add a little salt and pepper well. Dust with flour. Add eggs, cream and grated cheese and mix together.
  2. Heat the fat, place small biscuits in portions with a teaspoon in a pan and bake until golden.
