  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 200 g water
  • 200 g milk
  • 15 g salt
  • 10 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon mashed potato powder

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and shape into a round shape. Cover and let rest for about 10 minutes. Flatten the dough and tear off 8 pieces.
  2. Flour two flat pieces at a time and place them on top of each other. Roll it up so that there is still an open slit at the bottom. Place this side on a floured kitchen towel and let rise covered for 1 hour.
