Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 500 g jacket potato (s), cooked, already peeled
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cups cream
  • pepper
  • salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Fry the schnitzel vigorously on both sides in a pan. Then season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Fry the onions in the schnitzel fat. Cut the jacket potatoes into slices and place on top of the schnitzel. Season again. Add the onions in layers and fill everything up with the cream.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C - 250 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
  3. A salad goes well with it.
  4. Tip: Can be prepared hours in advance and, for example, only put in the oven in the evening (if it has to be done quickly).
