  • 100 g suar
  • 125 g almond (s), round
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 packet orange peel flavor (orange cake)
  • Wafers, round
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until foamy and make firm egg whites with half the amount of sugar. Then gently fold in the remaining sugar, almonds and orange cake. Place small heaps on the wafers with a teaspoon.
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 120 ° for about 30 - 35 minutes.
