Ingredients

  • 300 g fish fillet (s) (red mullet fillets)
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olives, black
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the fillets. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Fillet the oranges and collect the resulting juice. Pluck the needles from the washed rosemary. Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Cut the cleaned spring onions into thin rings. Stone the olives. Place the red mullet fillets in an ovenproof dish. Mix the orange fillets with rosemary, garlic, onion rings and olives and pour over the fish together with the orange juice, drizzle with the oil and bake for about 20 minutes.
  2. Rosemary potatoes go well with it.
