For the dough, beat the butter with the sugar until frothy. Now add the whole wheat flour and baking powder and mix. Add the cocoa with the grated milk chocolate. The baking soda is added at the very end. Now add the eggs, coconut milk and desiccated coke.
Divide 12 oreo biscuits. Crumble the biscuit bases and set the filling aside. Now remove 3 - 4 tablespoons of the biscuit crumbs and also set aside.
Fold the rest of the crumbs into the batter.
Place 12 oreo cookies as a base in the muffin molds.
Chop up the marshmallows and press them under the batter into each mold just before baking. Bake the muffins at 180 ° C with top / bottom heat for about 15 - 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
For the frosting, mix the butter, cream cheese, coconut syrup and cream filling of the biscuits. Add the powdered sugar and beat everything until it becomes stiff. Add the remaining oreo cookie crumbs and mix together.
After the muffins have cooled down, place the frosting on top with a piping bag.
