Ingredients

  • 100 g camembert (s), more mature
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons butter, soft
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika, hot pink
  • 1 shot beer, to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Caraway seed

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Mash the camembert and cream cheese with a fork, mix well with the soft butter, onion, spices and salt and season well. A small shot of beer does not damage the taste or consistency.
  3. The result should be a soft mush, the camembert is used whole with rind.
  4. (Arrange everything on a deep plate and garnish with horseradish slices, parsley and wafer-thin onion rings.)
  5. Fresh pretzels or farmhouse bread are served with it.
