  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 roll (s) goat cream cheese, natural
  • 4 egg (s)
  • Herbs, e.g. basic clic or chives
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Brush small gratin molds with a little oil.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Drain over a sieve so that it doesn`t become too runny later. If you like, you can just use the tomato pulp and leave out the seeds. Also cut the goat cream cheese into small cubes. Mix the tomatoes and cheese together. Season with herbs as desired and season with salt and pepper, use generously as the dish swallows the spice. Distribute on the molds.
  3. Depending on the size, place one to two eggs per mold on the mass as a fried egg. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, depending on the oven, or until the egg white is no longer clear but white.
  5. It goes well with toasted toast with salted butter or a small green salad.
