Ingredients

For the meatballs:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • some Maggi

For the sauce:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 400 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • some oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean, trim and slice the mushrooms. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Knead the minced meat, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup and mustard to form a smooth dough. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and Maggi. Shape the dough into 5 - 7 meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 5 minutes, turning once. Remove the meatballs and place in a baking dish.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in hot frying fat for approx. 3 minutes. Deglaze with cream, season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock powder and stir in cream cheese.
  4. Add the mushroom cream to the meatballs and sprinkle with spring onions.
  5. Cook the meatballs in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes
