Ingredients

  • 450 g pumpkin (s) (e.. buttercup, butternut, futsu or, if necessary, Hokkaido)
  • 1 medium apple, more tart
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs thyme, fresh
  • sea-salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g soft cheese, milder, e.. Tomme, Brie etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel and slice the pumpkin depending on the variety. Also cut the apples into slices.
  3. Make a marinade from honey, olive oil, thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper and sprinkle the pumpkin and apple pieces with it.
  4. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Cut the cheese into pieces, spread on top and put everything in the oven again for 10 minutes so that the cheese melts nice and creamy.
  5. Sprinkle the dish with freshly ground pepper.
  6. Tastes very tasty simply with baguette.
  7. Can be served as a starter or main course and lamb`s lettuce goes well with it.
