  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • Jam (apricot jam)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs, milk, mineral water, oil, vanilla sugar and salt with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Heat oil in a coated pan, pour in the batter and bake thin pancakes on both sides until golden.
  2. Brush with apricot jam, roll up and serve on preheated plates with icing sugar.
