Ingredients

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 70 ml water, hot
  • 25 g suar
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some berries, (blue)
  • 5 tablespoon honey, if possible firmer
  • 5 tablespoon quark
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg. Mix the egg yolks with the water and sugar. Add flour and baking powder and mix with milk to form a smooth dough. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold into the batter.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat, grease it with a little butter, add some batter to the pan and, if the surface is bubbling, turn the pancake. Spread the finished pancake thinly with honey, spread the quark on top and sprinkle with fresh blueberries.
