Pancakes with Sausage and Cheese

Unusual pancakes with sausage and cheese turn out to be lush, beautiful, and just look great in the cut. Lovers of interesting dishes will definitely like such an original breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 100 g
  • Kefir – 125 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Soda – ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2-3 tbsp

For filling:

  • Boiled sausage – 150 g
  • Processed cheese – 80 g

You can use regular cheese instead of processed cheese.

Directions

  1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl. Beat in an egg and beat lightly with a whisk.
  2. Sift flour and soda into a bowl with kefir mixture, add sugar and salt.
  3. Mix well. There should be no lumps in the dough. Leave the pancake dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the sausage into slices.
  5. Cut the cheese into small slices.
  6. We put two pieces of cheese on each circle of sausage.
  7. Cover with the second sausage circle. I got 6 of these “sausage sandwiches”.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour out 1 tablespoon of dough and let it grab quite a bit.
  9. Put a “sausage sandwich” on top of each dough. Fry the resulting structure over low heat for about 3 minutes.
  10. Then pour some more dough over the sausage so that it covers the edges of the sausage.
  11. Turn the pancakes with sausage and cheese over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  12. Fritters with sausage and cheese are ready. Bon Appetit!
