Ingredients

  • 2 pork schnitzel, not too thick from the top shell
  • some baking powder to protect the meat
  • 2 tablespoon flour, for dusting
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg (s), whisked
  • some whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs, (panko)
  • liter ⅛ oil, or Butaris

Instructions

  1. Use the meat tenderizer to place the schnitzel between 2 sheets of foil. Sprinkle with the baking powder and rub in a little, roll in the flour and shake off. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Now stir the whipped cream into the beaten egg and pull the schnitzel through the egg. Roll in the panko flour.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the schnitzel briefly on both sides over a low heat until they are nice and brown.
