Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • salt
  • 25 g butter, more if you like
  • 30 g pecans, roasted, unsalted, chopped
  • 20 g panko
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Trim, wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stems and cut them into slices. Stew in a little salted water for three minutes until firm to the bite, if you like the vegetables softer, drain accordingly longer.
  2. In the meantime, melt the butter in a small pan, add the pecans and panko, toast until golden brown. Then remove from the heat and fold in the lemon zest.
  3. Finally, season the crumbs with a little salt, pour over the broccoli and serve immediately.
