Panna Cotta or Panna Cotta is a simple and easy Italian dessert that can be made with a minimum of effort. To prepare a delicious panna cotta with cherry jelly, you don’t even need culinary experience and knowledge.

Ingredients
Milk – 200 g
Cream – about 200 g
Sugar – 80 g
Gelatin – 7 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
Pitted cherries – 100-150 g (to taste)
Cherry jelly (in a bag) – 1 bag
Hot water – 350-400 g
Directions
The first step is to prepare the base for the cherry jelly panna cotta. Pour milk into a saucepan.
Add cream there.
Add vanilla sugar, gelatin, sugar. We mix. We put it on fire and bring it to a boil.
Pour boiling water over the jelly from the bag (according to the instructions on the package), stir.
Add cherries in jelly. We send the jelly to the refrigerator for half an hour.
Pour the cooled milk-cream mixture into a suitable portioned dish (preferably transparent).
Distribute jelly with cherries on top.
We send the panna cotta to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
