Ingredients

  • Peaches – 5 pcs.
  • Fat cream (33-35%) – 250 ml
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Instant gelatin – 10 g
  • Water – 25 ml
  • Pistachios (for decoration) – to taste

How to make panna cotta with peaches:

Directions

  1. Wash peaches, peel, remove the stone, cut into pieces.
  2. Chop the peaches in a blender.
  3. Rub the peach puree through a sieve.
  4. Then pour the peach puree into portioned glasses, filling them a little less than half. Put in the refrigerator to freeze the puree a little.
  5. Pour gelatin with cold water (take the amount of gelatin for 500 ml of liquid, according to the instructions on the package).
  6. Pour cream into the dishes that we will put on the fire. Add vanilla and regular sugar. Put on fire, stir, bring to a boil (do not boil) to dissolve sugar.
  7. Remove the cream from the heat. Add the swollen gelatin to the hot cream, mix well to dissolve. Add milk. You can strain the resulting mixture through a sieve so that there are no lumps. Cool to room temperature or 20 degrees, stirring constantly so that no foam forms.
  8. Gently pour the creamy jelly into the glasses on top of the peach puree. Put glasses with panna cotta in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight, until the dessert solidifies.
