Diet Peach Panna Cotta

I make such a panna cotta from peaches and yogurt without adding sugar, and use agar-agar as a gelling agent. Minimum calories, maximum pleasure. The girls will appreciate it.

Ingredients

  • Sweet peaches – 400 g
  • Matsoni at room temperature – 2/3 cup
  • Agar-agar – 10 g

How to make sugar-free peach panna cotta:

Directions

  1. Wash the peaches and separate the pulp from the seeds. Cut the pulp into wedges or cubes.
  2. Puree the peaches with a blender. Measure out exactly one glass of peach puree (if there is a lot of it, take away the excess, and if it is not enough, add water). Mix well.
  3. Add agar-agar, beat again with a blender. If the peaches were not very sweet, then you can literally add a pinch of powdered glucose. Pour the puree into a small saucepan or small saucepan and cook with constant stirring, about 2 minutes after boiling.
  4. Transfer the cooked puree to another non-metallic container to cool down faster. You can put the bowl in another large bowl filled with cold water. It is necessary to cool the mass to a temperature of about 40 degrees.
  5. Put a couple of tablespoons of the mass in glasses in which you will serve dessert. Tilt the glasses and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour yogurt into the remaining puree.
  7. Mix well with a whisk.
  8. Take out glasses from the refrigerator.
  9. Gently pour the milk mass on top of the peach jelly. This time, just put the glasses in the refrigerator and leave them there for about 2 hours.
